Because singleplayer doesn't give you a list of servers or maps to switch to, and for a while now you can't even open the Esc menu and close the game. Like how if you upload your survivor in the first place, you have to alt-tab and force close the game.
It would seem weird to me that singleplayer is lacking a better way of doing it when multiplayer has it, except for all the *other* stuff that does't work or isn't even slightly balanced for singleplayer. The stock in-game version probably won't work. It seems like a ton of the new features of the map are based around letting you have easy access to Element (at least compared to fighting a boss every time you need a stack of it.)Īnd I think I remember from the patch notes or a dev post that Tek Teleporters are disabled by default on Aberration. Part of the reason I want to get back to the original map is so that I can actually try to *unlock* Tek blueprints. The problem is that I don't use S+, and I've been moving from map to map without fighting any of the bosses.
